About Spartan Compass
We are retired U.S. national security and military professionals dedicated to passing on to the next generation lessons that we have learned about teamwork, leadership, and committing to a higher purpose. It is our mission to positively impact our communities for the betterment of our world. We are unified by an ethos of service, humility, and civic responsibility.

The Spartan Compass Mission
We strive to pass on to the next generation life skills we have acquired and lessons we have learned through decades of experience serving the country. We seek opportunities to teach, mentor and coach through community service, team-building, and instructional programs and activities.
Spartan Compass associates are available to work with groups, individuals and institutions nationwide. In addition to coaching and mentoring, we support and organize events designed to advance our mission, strengthen a sense of national community, and assist those in need.
Spartan Compass is a service organization that is non-partisan, apolitical, and non-profit.

Our goal is to help members of the next generation clarify their goals and objectives, and then work to reach them. Whether you have an interest in a national security career, or simply want the perspective of a seasoned mentor from our field, we will do whatever we can to support you. Our services are free.
